Tony Rai is the Head of Claims for Hiscox London Market Insurance and Hiscox Re dealing with claims from such diverse classes of business as Aerospace, Speciality, Marine, Energy, Reinsurance, Property, Casualty and Fine Art. He was formerly a solicitor at Clyde & Co. in the insurance and reinsurance team where he dealt with primarily large scale reinsurance disputes before moving to Hiscox in 2007.
Alan Weir practised for many years as a partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group at Ince & Co before retiring in 2012. He acquired considerable experience of arbitration in London of both insurance and reinsurance disputes provoked by claims arising from industries as diverse as power transmission, pharmaceuticals and professional football. He is now Consulting Counsel at the Catlin group.
