Andrew Milne, Aaron Noble and Kristyna Muhlfeitova of CMS will be our speakers for the night and will hang around to answer any questions.
Andrew Milne is an Of Counsel in the CMS Insurance and Reinsurance Group. Andrew advises insurers and reinsurers on complex claims, often concerning bespoke financial products, allegations of serious wrongdoing and the intersection between English law and the laws of other jurisdictions. Andrew’s recent work has involved him counselling on claims under trade credit, kidnap and ransom, investment management, directors and officers liability, crime and professional indemnity insurance policies.
Aaron Noble is an associate in the CMS Insurance and Reinsurance Group. Aaron advises insurers, reinsurers, and insureds on complex claims, including coverage and defence appointments. Aaron’s recent work has involved claims under financial lines, directors & officers liability, warranty & indemnity, cyber, and professional indemnity insurance policies. Aaron has experience and developing interests in political risk & trade credit insurance and cybersecurity.
Kristýna Mühlfeitová is an associate in the CMS London Insurance and Reinsurance Group. Kristýna’s recent work has involved advising (re)insurers on coverage under global insurance programmes, warranty & indemnity insurance and multi-jurisdictional directors & officers liability matters including large scale insolvencies. Kristýna is also experienced with advising international organisations on matters of public international law and parent company liability. Kristýna is active in the CMS trade credit and public international law groups and has an interest in political risk & trade credit insurance.
The seminar will include a presentation with a networking tea break. The event will not be recorded. Please arrive by 4:45 before the start of the seminar at 5pm.
