Gideon Shirazi is a barrister and arbitrator at 4 Pump Court specialising in all aspects of commercial law including

insurance/reinsurance disputes. Gideon has acted in a large number of arbitrations seated across the world and applications and challenges under the Arbitration Act. He is the author of the chapter on arbitration in the Insurance & Reinsurance Legacy Association’s handbook.

Gideon’s talk will explore some recent developments in insurance arbitration and strategies and tactics for winning.
