Meet our Speakers
Jamie Smith joined as a Board Director and Global Head of Cyber Security Services in 2011. Before S-RM, Jamie worked for five years as a South Asia specialist for a global consultancy in Mumbai. When he first joined S-RM, Jamie was responsible for building its Corporate Intelligence capability, helping clients manage their counterparty risk during due diligence transactions and leading clients through a series of complex disputes and investigations. Since 2015, Jamie’s role has focused on S-RM’s Cyber Security practice. He has built deep expertise in helping clients respond to and recover from cyber security incidents as well as helping clients prevent incidents by developing robust cyber security programmes. Jamie has an LLB in Law and French from the University of Bristol.
Andrew Mouteney is an OSCP and CTRO qualified consultant within S-RM’s Offence Security team, working across our testing engagements, ranging from web applications to infrastructure testing. Previous testing includes: internally and externally hosted applications including content management systems, APIs, internal and external infrastructure. Prior to working in offensive security Andrew had a background in systems administration and network engineering, as well as a Computing and IT degree with a focus on software development.
Arpen Pansari is part of the Legal team at Convex Insurance where he advises the business on a broad range of advisory and contentious matters, handling both strategic issues and day-to-day management. Previously, Arpen was a Senior Associate at a Top 20 UK firm where he specialised in coverage disputes and broker PI.
Tim Filippi is an associate in the CMS Insurance and Reinsurance Group, based in our London office. Prior to joining CMS, Tim trained and worked as a solicitor in the insurance team of an international law firm in Sydney. His practice was a broad mix of complex coverage and defence work including cyber claims, professional indemnity and large-scale D&O class actions, both in Australia and internationally. Since moving to CMS, Tim’s practice has expanded to include advising construction professionals and their insurers on coverage and defence, particularly in relation to post-Grenfell cladding issues.
Kristýna Mühlfeitová is an associate in the CMS London Insurance and Reinsurance Group and the Secretary of the BILA YP committee. Kristýna regularly advises Insurers and their Insureds on first response to cyber incidents and cyber insurance coverage matters. Kristýna’s recent work has also involved advising (re)insurers on coverage under global insurance programmes, warranty & indemnity insurance and multi-jurisdictional directors & officers liability matters including large scale insolvencies.
