BILA Charitable Trust was created to help encourage and support those engaged in studying or researching the inter relationship between law and insurance.
To mark the Association’s 40th Anniversary in 2004, the BILA Charitable Trust, with support from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP, launched “BILA Journal Online”, a website facility designed to make available in electronic format, all back issues of the BILA Journal. Since its launch all missing Journals have since been retrieved, with the kind assistance of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and various BILA members, to create a fully searchable archive of all Journals since 1964.
