The BILA book prize was announced ahead of BILA’s Annual Insurance Law Update and AGM held on 20 October 2022.

The prize-winning book is “Space Insurance and the Law” by Dr Andrea Harrington.  Alison Green, Chair of the BILA Charitable Trust, congratulated Dr Harrington, Dean of Space Education at Air University, USA, on producing a well-researched book covering an area rarely written about and yet of increasing importance.

Dr Harrington joined the event via Zoom. Luke Adams of the book’s publishers acknowledged the prize with thanks on the author’s behalf.  He appears in the photograph together with Alison Green.
