Zoe Burge acted for AXIS in its defence of Discovery Land’s claim against it brought pursuant to the Third Party Rights Against Insurers Act 2010. Somewhat unhappily for insurers, it is now the leading case on the interpretation of the dishonesty exclusion and aggregation wording in a solicitors PII policy.
