A call for papers was also announced in connection with the Conference and its principal theme.

No fewer than 35 abstracts were received and announcements will follow about those students or young academics/practitioners who are no more than 35 years old who have won prizes to attend and participate.

Also, AIDA Europe has announced the formation of an In-house Counsel Committee which will be staging a meeting at the Conference.

  • SAVE THE DATE - 10-13 October 2018 – XV AIDA World Congress – Rio de Janeiro 

 The XV AIDA World Congress - a quadrennial event and the largest in AIDA’s calendar – is scheduled to take place in Rio de Janeiro between 10-13 October 2018. The four Congress topics are to be: i) New Technologies; ii) Disclosure Duties; iii) Corporate Governance of Insurers; and iv) Pollution Insurance.

 

Questionnaires have been circulated for completion by all AIDA National Sections to provide material to be reported upon in a General Report upon each topic to be discussed and debated during Congress sessions.
